All deposited funds must be your own money held in a payment account registered in your own name. pub 202 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from pub 202's gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
pub 202 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where your account is terminated due to your breach of these Terms, pub 202 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void pending wagers, and offset any sums owed to pub 202. Where your account is closed for reasons other than your breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your pub 202 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules and the resulting balance paid out accordingly.
